Myles Shevlane
Myles has led over 15 major Finance Transformation programmes across Financial Services, High Tech Mfg, Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals and Business Services. His most recent role was as GCDO establishing data strategy for a large Middle Eastern conglomerate (Construction, Hospitality and Healthcare divisions). This role involved launching their Rise with SAP journey to Cloud and leading the SAP Group Finance Transformation programme. As well as possessing a deep understanding of new technology, Myles has extensive experience of package software, implementation methodologies and has led numerous Finance Systems and Business Change/Transformation Programmes.
Steve Mould
With over 30 years of expertise in ERP implementations and project management, Steve Mould specialises in driving business transformation and operational excellence for clients across diverse industries, including aerospace, motor sports, and construction. Steve has a deep understanding of both technical and functional aspects of ERP systems, enabling him to guide Executive Leadership and Project Teams in achieving seamless, multi-company ERP deployments that align with strategic business goals.
Steve is currently supporting organisations by providing leadership and oversight throughout their ERP journeys—ensuring the successful integration of improved business processes, optimising real-time information flow, and enhancing decision-making capabilities.
Gary Burke
With over 25 years of experience in the change and transformation space, Gary has successfully turned around failing programmes and delivered multi-million-pound initiatives, implementing new technology, new operating models and ways of working across various regulated industries. He provides transformation advisory services, working with organisations to help them better understand transformational change so better decisions can be made, pitfalls avoided, and it can be delivered successfully. He has guest lectured at Surrey University, speaks about transformational change at conferences and is the award-winning author of the #1 bestseller ‘A Transformation Lens’.
