Unit4 Systems Health Check
Millennium’s Systems Health Check is designed to help you identify areas where you may be able to improve performance and ensure you extract the maximum benefit from your Unit4 investment.
Is your systemoperating at itsfull potential?
As with most applications, users rarely fully take advantage of the functionality available to them. A systems health check provides the ideal opportunity to identify where changes can be made to enhance performance and ensure your return on investment.
Undertaken by one of our Senior Consultants, the health check assesses your system’s current technical setup, business processes, and operational efficacy.
How it works:
Provisional itinerary
We will work with you to create a provisional itinerary and agree on a suitable date for the systems health check. This check requires access to key stakeholders from your Finance and IT teams. Depending on your specific needs, it can be conducted either on-site or remotely.
Timing
The systems health check typically takes between 2 to 4 days, depending on the complexity of the current system and the specific modules in use.
The report
The report outlines options to enhance the software's functionality, streamline business processes, improve reporting and integration, and increase user knowledge. It also offers the necessary information to support ongoing operations and develop a project plan if needed.
A typical 4 day review will include:
Business Process Workshop
Followed by meetings with relevant stakeholders/users.
System and Processes Review
Held with the system manager in line with day 1 findings.
Report Write Up
Covering everything identified in the discovery phase of the analysis, providing recommendations or resolutions for findings identified in the report.
Strategy Meeting
Normally takes place one or two weeks later, once all relevant parties have reviewed the report. Typically consists of stakeholder meetings to run through the report, answer questions, define strategy and compile a high level project plan.
Cloud
Wherever you are on your cloud journey, whether upgrading to continuous release before the move, upgrading interfaces to be cloud-ready, or undertaking housekeeping tasks such as archiving to make the move easier, Millennium is here to help!
One overlooked area is the new functionality that may become available once in the cloud. This is especially true if you are moving from a pre-continuous release version into the cloud, and this is where a systems health check can help you maximise the benefits of your move.
Whether undertaken before you move to the cloud or once you have migrated, our comprehensive systems health check is designed to uncover optimisation opportunities within your Unit4 functional setup. By leveraging our in-depth expertise, we’ll identify areas for improvement, ensuring that you maximise the efficiency and benefits of your Unit4 Cloud investment.
